Who is PT Apex Customs Intelligence?
PT Apex Customs Intelligence is the legal entity behind the APEX Intelligence brand. The company is based in Menteng, Central Jakarta, and builds JARVIS — AI customs software for Indonesian PPJK, freight forwarders, importers, and exporters. Kominfo PSE registration: 014449.01/DJAI.PSE/06/2024.
What is a PPJK?
PPJK (Pengusaha Pengurusan Jasa Kepabeanan) is an Indonesian licensed customs broker that files import/export declarations (PIB/PEB) on behalf of the importer or exporter through CEISA 4.0.
What is JARVIS?
JARVIS is APEX Intelligence’s AI customs-clearance software. It reads invoices, packing lists, AWBs, and bills of lading; drafts PIB/PEB/manifests; validates HS codes; and submits to CEISA 4.0 after human review. It is not an official DJBC application.
How do I check a shipment (cek resi) or track a container?
Use a container number, bill of lading, or AWB. APEX Track shows live AIS vessel position, AI ETA, CEISA 4.0 status, and remaining free time on one screen.
