Account Executive, Jakarta
Own a patch of Indonesian importers and freight forwarders. Close deals that replace spreadsheets and PPJK middlemen with Jarvis.
You probably
- 3–6 yrs closing B2B SaaS, logistics, or customs brokerage deals
- You know how to pitch to an ops director and a finance CFO in the same meeting
- You've carried a quota of USD 500k+ ARR before and hit it
- You're comfortable talking HS codes, BC 2.0/3.0, and why jalur merah ruins a quarter
- Bahasa Indonesia fluency required; English professional-level
You'll be
- Run the full cycle: prospect → demo → pilot → close. No BDR handoffs.
- Live at the Jakarta port belt — Tanjung Priok, Soekarno-Hatta cargo terminal, bonded zones in Cikarang
- Work directly with our founders on pricing, packaging, and deal desk
- Be the feedback loop between real forwarders and our product team
Questions you're about to ask.
Do I need customs experience?
Nice to have, not required — we hire for curiosity and ship speed. We'll teach you BC 2.0 in your first week.
What's the interview process?
4 stages over ~2 weeks: intro call → take-home or work session → team panel → founder chat. We tell you where you stand after every stage.
Remote-friendly?
Ops and engineering are hybrid (2 days/week in our Kuningan office). GTM roles like this one are on-site — you'll be out in the field most days anyway.
Visa sponsorship?
For engineering and product, yes. For field-facing GTM roles, we hire Indonesian passport holders or existing KITAS holders only.
