Learn how AI extracts commercial documents, validates HS codes, and drafts declarations — from prompting and evals to quality control.
Product & UX
Help shape how people read customs data — from wireframes and prototypes to user testing with operations managers.
Real Logistics Data
Work on real container, AWB, and tracking-status datasets. No dummy data — you'll touch things people actually use.
B2B Startup From the Inside
Founder meetings, two-week sprints, and fast market decisions. You'll sit in the same room as the decision makers.

INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Product & Customs AI Intern
You'll join the small team building JARVIS. An internship here isn't about watching — you'll work on things real people use.
What you'll do
- Help research & analyze customs documents (PIB, PEB, manifest, AWB).
- Prepare and label training data for AI extraction & HS-code validation.
- Test JARVIS product flows and feed feedback to the engineering team.
- Create content, case studies, or demos that explain how our AI works.
- Sit in the same meetings as the founders and the commercial team.
You're a fit if you
- A MUST — you have and bring your own laptop.
- Are an active student (D3/S1) or fresh graduate in any major — GPA is flexible.
- Are curious about logistics, import/export, and AI.
- Pick things up fast and don't need to be hand-held.
- Speak Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Can come to the Jakarta office at least 3 days a week.

Is this internship paid?
Yes — we give a monthly stipend. Your drive matters most, but we won't let your time go unrewarded.

I don't know anything about customs. Is that okay?
Absolutely. We look for people hungry to learn, not people who already know it all. You'll pick up customs knowledge in your first week.
Can I work remotely?
Hybrid. You can work remotely for analysis tasks, but plan for at least 3 days a week in the Jakarta office — you'll learn most from the team.
